How Can severe Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

I have nerve damage from having a two level fusion L4 and L5. I have two bulging discs above it. I also have a spinal stenosis. I have a spinal stemalator. I walk with a cane because I have poor balance and have falling many times. I fell yesterday in the floor. I fell because my leg started shaking so bad and I couldn t control it. It was like a seizure in my leg. It was so violent it was making my head bang against the floor. I take Gabapentin, Hydrocodone, Cyclobenaprine, and Celebrex. I am concerned about falling again because my leg still shakes occasionally today. My question is would taking more Gabapentin help.I take 600mg tid. I am going to call the Dr Monday. I have been walking with a walker instead of the cane. What should I do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

With this much agony of symptoms, I do not predict much of the benefits from medical treatment.

It is recommended to follow up with MRI plates and discuss ahead for curative steps as stereotactic surgery or so forth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
